Do you accept OEM / ODM orders?+
Yes. We offer brand logo, color, control panel and packaging customization for global distributors. MOQ and lead time vary by product line — contact us for a tailored proposal.
Which regions do you export to?+
Our equipment currently ships to Europe, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, South America, Africa and North America. We provide full export documentation and can arrange FOB, CIF or DDP terms.
How is warranty and after-sales handled?+
Standard warranty is 12 months on the whole machine and 24 months on core components. We stock spare parts in Nantong for rapid dispatch and offer remote and on-site technical support.
Can you fast-track urgent orders?+
Yes. For in-stock configurations we can ship within 7 – 15 days. Custom OEM builds typically require 30 – 45 days depending on scope.
